David’s Soundview Catering is a gourmet catering company in Connecticut that does corporate catering and special events. I redesigned his site in WordPress to feature lots of tasty images, simple navigation, and a blog. The site features a clean design with a nice balance of text and images, as well as a javascript slideshow and custom quote form.
KnowSoulsLanguage.net is a site for an intuitive healing business. The design is based off the company’s successful Ning site, and I included links to schedule sessions, buy products and services, and learn more about different aspects of the program. I custom-designed a WordPress theme, and added store items from Yahoo! Stores. There is a newsletter sign-up, rotating testimonials, and some video and audio content. I also designed the logo and found the main images.
Urban Essentials 101 is a program to help urban school unleash their students’ potential. The site was created the site in WordPress and I designed a custom theme. It features informational pages, a link to buy the Urban Essentials 101 handbook, and rotating testimonials on each page.
DIMWIT.com is a site for Inventors to get free inventing information and use the MY DIMWIT self-help application (not yet launched). The coding was done by Kevin Kimani of K3 Design, while I worked on the design elements of the site.
MomInventors.com, the site for Mom Invented, is a magazine-style WordPress site with lots of custom widgets and templates. The theme is built on Mimbo Pro 2, has ad spots throughout the site, encourages a lot of reader interaction and has a custom newsletter for its RSS feed.
